Shaw-Jen Chang is currently the IT VP of Digital Customer Listening at Cisco, where they have held various leadership roles since joining the company, including Sr. Director of Infrastructure Services and Director of Manufacturing. Prior to Cisco, Shaw-Jen worked as a Manager at the Industrial Technology Research Institute from 1980 to 1984 and served as a Project Leader at Oracle from 1990 to 1994. Shaw-Jen is also pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical, Computer, and System Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
