Sima Shamsai

Sima Shamsai is the Head of Collaboration & SaaS Sales for Cisco, overseeing operations in Austria, CEE, the Balkans, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus. With a robust background in sales leadership, they previously served as the Country Sales Director for Avaya, where they achieved significant milestones such as closing the ten largest deals in Austria within five years and elevating Avaya to a leading status in IP Telephony. Their career also includes key roles at NCR Corporation, where they enhanced the company's market position and developed CRM solutions. Sima is currently advancing their education at Technische Universität Wien.
