Swapna Yelamanchi

Swapna Yelamanchi has accumulated over 24 years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, predominantly at Cisco and Ericsson. At Cisco, from October 2011 to March 2025, Swapna served as Director of Engineering for Cisco Silicon One Software and previously as Director of Software Engineering, focusing on software networking features and building high-performance engineering teams. Additionally, Swapna held the position of Senior Technical Leader, contributing to the architecture and implementation of critical infrastructure. Prior experience at Ericsson involved roles such as Systems Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where contributions included system architecture for smart edge routers and developing load index mappings for mobile gateway products. Swapna holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
