Theo Kupfer

Theo Kupfer is a Distinguished Engineer at Cisco Systems, where they have been working since 2010 as an Engineering Manager. Prior to this role, Theo held various engineering positions, including System Engineering Manager at Lucent Technologies and co-founder of Theo Kupfer Systementwicklung. They began their career as a Software Developer at MID and later worked as a Hardware Engineer at Philips Communication Industries. Theo earned a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, completing their studies in 1988.
