Victoria Wu is currently the Greater China HR Head at Cisco, leading HR across various functions, including Sales, R&D, and Services. They have extensive experience in human resources, having previously held director-level positions at Microsoft, Pall Corporation, Lenovo, and Novartis. Victoria established the Talent Management & Organization Development function for Novartis in the Greater China Region and drove HR strategy for Lenovo's IT Services Business Group. They earned a Master's degree in EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) from 2010 to 2012.
