Vikram Gururaj

Vikram Gururaj has over a decade of experience in product management and engineering, primarily in the tech industry. They served as a Module Lead at Infosys Technologies from 2000 to 2005, and later worked as a Product Manager at Cisco Systems, where they led the transformation of the Customer Care business unit to a SaaS provider. Vikram also held positions at Satyam Computer Services and Wipro Technologies, driving significant revenue gains and customer retention in enterprise communications. They earned a Certified Product Manager designation from the Institute of Product Leadership and hold degrees in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University and a Master's in Telecommunications Management.
