Ziwu Zhou is a User Experience and User Interface designer with a diverse background in both interaction design and management. They began their career as an Interaction Design Intern at Siemens and IBM, where they developed concepts for innovative projects. Ziwu later held significant roles at Charles Schwab and Apple, leading user experience design efforts that resulted in award-winning applications. Currently, they serve as the Lead User Experience Designer at Cisco, focusing on enhancing customer experiences within CX Cloud. Ziwu holds a BA in Information Arts & Design from Tsinghua University and an MFA in Visual Communication from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
