Zoë Conroy

Zoë Conroy is a Principal Hardware Engineer and Manager at Cisco, with extensive experience in the technology sector since 2004. As an internal thought leader, Zoë proposes technical direction for major initiatives and manages a global Design for Test (DFT) and Test/Product Engineering team of 36 engineers. Responsibilities include defining DFT, executing Jedec qualifications for Cisco silicon, and collaborating with engineering teams and silicon vendors. Prior experience includes serving as VLSI Test and Product Engineering Manager at Procket Networks, where Zoë led test engineers and managed product ramp initiatives, and roles at Agilent Technologies and HP involving semiconductor test applications and ASIC design. Zoë holds both a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh.
