We didn't start at the house's garage, we started from a small internal patio that pointed towards a beautiful pond (small lake) in beautiful Jacksonville, Florida, delighted by the landscape and enjoing the show brought to us by the softshell turtles passing by.
Since 2017, we've been offering technical support mainly for the voice and collaboration Cisco products, hence our name, we had to add new brands to be able to offer a wider and more complete service. Slowly but firmly we've added Microsoft (MS Teams - Direct Routing) to our portfolio, Unified Communications, including UCaaS and Contact Center including CCaaS are our core business. Back in time we were closely involved to the infrastructure and operations, but our business model have changed, we are now a pure remote services company, embrazing all the software and cloud benefits.
Our South American roots allow us to connect with all the Latam talent, our people can help your business to succeed by saving on  cost of labor, we're no cheap, we are competitive.
