Dan Carter

Dan Carter has over 20 years of work experience in the field of data analysis and media evaluation. Dan started their career in 1999 as a Media Evaluator at Mantra International, where they worked until 2001. From 2002 to 2004, they were a Media Coverage Analyst at Millward Brown Precis. In 2004, they joined Cision as a Data Analyst and eventually became the Head Analyst for the company. Dan held this position for 17 years. In 2021, they transitioned to a new role within Cision as a Senior Analyst, specializing in Implementation and Optimization.

Dan Carter earned a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages & European Studies (French & Italian) from the University of Bath between 1994 and 1998. Dan then pursued a Master's degree in English Language & Linguistics at the University of Essex from 1999 to 2000. In 1996 and 1997, they studied French Language and Literature at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle. Prior to their university education, Dan Carter attended Colchester Sixth Form College from 1992 to 1994.
