Svp, Global Business Services (gbs) at Cision

Henry T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Henry started their career at Bupa as a Service Team Manager, where they managed a regional team and ensured excellent customer experience. Henry then moved on to Johnson & Johnson Vision Care as a Customer Service Manager. After that, they joined Herbalife as a Senior Operations Manager for the UK & Irish business. Henry was responsible for selling weight management, nutritional supplement, and personal-care products.

Henry then worked at Genesys Conferencing as the Customer Service Director, where they oversaw operations for this multi-media collaboration and software-as-a-service provider. Following that, they joined Gorkana Group as the Head of Customer Service, where they managed customer service, account management, telesales, and quality assurance functions. Henry later became the Head of Analysis Operations, responsible for budgeting and running the analysis operations.

In 2017, Henry joined Cision, starting as the VP, Insights Global Service Delivery, where they led a global service delivery team and provided subject matter expertise to support the field sales function. Henry then held roles as the SVP, Insights EMIA and the SVP, Operational Transformation & Delivery. Currently, they serve as the SVP, Global Business Services (GBS) at Cision.

Henry T. attended Halliford School from 1988 to 1993 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. From 1996 to 1999, they went on to Kingston University where they pursued a degree in Business & Finance.

In terms of additional certifications, Henry T. obtained the following: in 2007, they completed Registered Coordinator Training for Service, Call Centre, and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations, offered by COPC; in 2008, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from COPC; and in 2010, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from 100% Effective Training Ltd with Fisher College of Business.
