Director, Global Client Success at Cision

Jacklyn Currier has a diverse range of work experience. Jacklyn is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Client Success at Cision, where they oversee the strategic operations of the Customer Success team across North America. Jacklyn focuses on delivering key business metrics, driving a success culture, strengthening cross-functional collaborations, and furthering customer success talent development.

Prior to their current role, Jacklyn worked at the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) from 2015 to 2022. Jacklyn held various positions during their tenure, including Senior Manager of Consolidated Services, Operations Manager, Senior Coordinator of Business Operations, and Operations Coordinator (French Speaking). In these roles, they managed and supported operational integrity, handled escalations, developed policies and procedures, and coordinated various meetings and conferences.

Before joining NCSBN, Jacklyn worked as a Front of House (FOH) Supervisor at Verjus Restaurant in 2015. Jacklyn also served as an Office Manager at Kantar Health in 2014, an Assistant Manager at Semilla from 2012 to 2014, and a Marketing Consultant at the American Hospital of Paris in 2013.

In addition, Jacklyn has experience working in event coordination and communications. Jacklyn was an Event Coordinator for the Founder's Gala 2011 at the American Friends of Musée d'Orsay and later worked as a Communications Liaison between the Musée d'Orsay's administration and AFMO.

Furthermore, Jacklyn has held administrative roles, including Administrative Assistant at MCM sarl in 2009. Jacklyn also worked as a Main Desk Receptionist at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in 2007, where they managed reservations and assisted with event organization.

Jacklyn Currier has a diverse education history. Jacklyn attended NYU School of Professional Studies from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a diploma in Professional Translation. Prior to that, they attended The American University of Paris from 2007 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Global Communications and French. In 2004 to 2005, they studied at Notre Dame de la Providence as a Rotary Exchange Student and focused on French Literature. Additionally, Jacklyn has obtained several certifications including Management Foundations from Cision in January 2023, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in October 2022, and a certificate in Initiating and Planning Projects from Coursera Course Certificates in January 2017.
