Joe Souza

Joe Souza has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joe started their career at Kraft General Foods as a Transportation Supervisor and later moved on to become a Production Supervisor. Joe then joined Kraft General Foods Corporation as a Customer Service & Logistics Manager, where they managed various supply chain functions. Souza then worked at Good Humor - Breyers Ice Cream, initially as a Logistics Planning Manager and later as a Senior Logistics Planning Manager, where they oversaw production planning, scheduling, and inbound raw material functions. Joe also served as a Plant Logistics Manager, managing the supply chain for a plant that manufactured 60 million gallons of ice cream annually. Souza then transitioned to AMR Research as a Senior Research Analyst, conducting primary research and managing multiple projects. Joe progressed to become a Senior Client Service Manager, providing service and support for manufacturing clients, and eventually became the Director of Client Services, effectively managing a team of Client Service Managers and supporting a portfolio of manufacturing clients. Joe then moved on to Cymfony as a Senior Client Services Manager, managing client relationships and providing support. Souza's most recent role was at Cision as a Senior Support Analyst. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, client services, and research analysis throughout their career.

Joe Souza attended the University of Rhode Island from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
