Mila Khalitova

Mila Khalitova, Ph.D has a strong background in data analysis and research. Mila started their career as a Research Fellow at PRIME Research in 2017. Mila then joined the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications as a Doctoral Researcher in 2015, where they designed and conducted numerous research projects, performed data analysis, and facilitated data collection. Building on their research experience, Mila worked at Cision as a Sr. Data Analyst (Insights) from 2019 to 2020, where they extracted key insights from data, prepared reports, and developed statistical models to predict campaign performance. Mila later became a Data Scientist at Cision in 2021, leading the company's data science program and designing data pipelines to ensure accurate databases.
