Patrick Lavin has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Patrick recently held the position of Vice President, New Business & Client Development at Cision, a role they began in September 2022. Prior to this, from November 2021 to December 2022, they served as the Vice President of Transformation for Platinum Equity Portfolio Company.

Before joining Cision, Patrick worked at Stericycle, where they held multiple roles. From May 2019 to September 2020, they served as the Director of Sales Operations before being promoted to Vice President of Global Sales Operations, a position they held from September 2020 to November 2021.

Patrick's earlier experience includes working at Treacy & Company, a management consulting and venturing firm. Patrick started as a Senior Associate in May 2014 and held that role until July 2016. Patrick then advanced to the position of Manager and worked from July 2016 to August 2018. At Treacy & Company, they focused on strengthening growth discipline for market-leading companies through strategy improvement, piloting, learning capabilities, and accountability for growth.

Patrick Lavin's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in History, which they obtained from The Catholic University of America in 2005. Following this, they pursued a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree at Creighton University School of Law from 2006 to 2009. Later, in 2012, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
