Raphaël Attias has gained varied work experience in different industries. Raphaël started their career at Radio France, where they had media experiences from 2013 to 2017, including summer internships at Sofoot and Radio France. Raphaël also worked as a journalist for Concordia University's student newspaper, The Link, and had published articles in The Link and Sofoot.

Raphaël then joined Natixis as a Human Resources Intern in 2015 for a brief period. In 2017, they worked as a Representant E-sport at Impact de Montréal FC. Later in 2018, they co-founded Maples Collective and served as a Co-Founder until June 2019.

In 2018, Raphaël worked as a Salesman at Bose Corporation for a period of two months. Raphaël also served as a Representant E-sport at PSG Club Montréal from February 2018 to June 2019.

In 2019, they joined Digitad as the Head of Marketing & Development for a short period of two months. In the same year, they joined Cision as a Client Content Specialist and later took on the role of a Research Analyst, starting in November 2019.

Raphaël Attias began their education at EABJM in 2000 and completed their Baccalauréat degree in an unknown field of study in 2014. Raphaël then attended Concordia University from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Business Minor with a specialization in Marketing. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Cultural Studies from Concordia University. In terms of additional certifications, Raphaël earned an Inbound Marketing Certificate from HubSpot Academy in May 2019, an Éthique de la recherche avec des êtres humains, Formation en éthique de la recherche certificate from Groupe en Ethique de La Recherche in October 2018, and an IGCSE- English Literature (A) certificate from the University of Cambridge in June 2012.
