Shawna Cory

Shawna Cory has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2006, they started working as a server at The Range Cafe and continued in that role until 2012. From 2013 to 2013, Shawna worked as a freelance writer for The Weekly Alibi. In 2020, they became a contributing writer for The Inquisitr, where they stayed until 2021. In the same year, Shawna also worked as a contributing writer for Mashed. Shawna then transitioned to Cision, where they are currently employed as a Customer Content Specialist. Additionally, from 2012 to 2021, Shawna held the position of Assistant Manager at Farina Pizzeria & Wine Bar, where they supervised a high-end, fast-paced restaurant environment and performed administrative duties. Throughout their career, Shawna has gained experience in writing, photography, and customer service.

Shawna Cory received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The University of New Mexico between the years 2003 and 2008. Their studies focused on Art History and Professional Writing.
