April Rose

April Rose has a diverse work experience, starting as a Residential Counselor at Catholic Charities Maryland in 1998. April then worked as the Director of IT and Data Management at House of Ruth Maryland, where they oversaw various responsibilities including database administration and technology oversight. April joined Social Solutions as the Director of Implementation, leading teams in implementing software and ensuring quality and timely delivery. Later, they became the Sr. Director of Account Management, achieving revenue growth and exceeding quota goals. April then moved to First Advantage as the Director of Sales Operations, where they improved and implemented sales processes and technology globally. Currently, they are the Vice President of Client Onboarding at Cisive, leading a team and implementing technical solutions to address operational onboarding challenges for clients.

April Rose attended Goucher College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Psychology. April then pursued further education at the University of Maryland from 1996 to 1998, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.
