Saurabh Srivastava

Saurabh Srivastava has a strong work experience in operations management and team leadership. Saurabh is currently working as an Operations Team Lead at Cisive, where they are responsible for managing a team of Lead Operation Analysts and associates in the US healthcare field. In this role, they oversee day-to-day team operations, sets clear goals and KPIs, and resolves conflicts. Saurabh also prepares reports and documentation for management review.

Prior to their current position, Saurabh worked as a Team Lead Operation and Client Servicing at iVerify Research Services. Here, they managed a team, delegated tasks, and ensured operational targets were met.
