Jeffrey Cleveland

Jeffrey Cleveland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in economic consulting, higher education, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Capture/Orals Presentation Consultant at Red Team Consulting since 2019 and as a Master Lecturer in Economics at Howard Community College since 2012, Jeffrey also holds the position of Chief Space Economist at insistent Galactic Operations (iGO) since 2021. Jeffrey's academic contributions extend to Indiana Wesleyan University as an Adjunct Lecturer in Economics. Prior roles include senior leadership positions in capture management and business development across various organizations, including Anthem, Inc., Northrop Grumman Information Systems, and LexisNexis.
