Lee Steinke

Lee Steinke is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and energy sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at CisLunar Industries and an Advisory Board Member at Canopy Aerospace, Lee has previously held key positions including Interim COO and Transition Advisor at Orbit Fab, and various fractional executive roles at NewSpace Nexus and Space Foundation. Lee's background in geoscience includes leadership positions at Discovery Natural Resources LLC and WPX Energy, managing large teams and substantial budgets while driving resource development strategies. Lee holds an MBA from The Wharton School, an MS in Geology and Geophysics from Yale University, and a BA in Geology and Classics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by an education from The United States Army War College.
