Carmen Hernandez

Carmen Hernandez has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Jefe Recursos Humanos at Cisneros Group of Companies since April 2011, where responsibilities include the preparation of monthly and biweekly payrolls, calculation of benefits, and managing employee entitlements. Prior to this role, Carmen worked as Coordinadora de Nomina at PONCE & BENZO from February 2007 to March 2011, focusing on payroll processing and employee benefits calculations. In addition to practical experience, Carmen completed a course in Labor Legislation and Workers' Rights Administration at Universidad Católica in 2015.
