Naidel Lorenzo has a diverse work experience in the field of information systems and technology. Starting in 2002, they worked at the Cisneros Group of Companies as a PC Support Technician, where they provided programming and implementation support for company websites. Naidel later moved up to the role of Systems Engineer, where they managed and maintained web-hosting platforms and developed company websites. In 2008, Naidel joined Florida International University as an Application Developer, where they played a key role in the migration and upgrade of university-wide systems. Since 2009, Naidel has served as the Director of Information Systems at the Cisneros Group of Companies, where they have been responsible for proposing solutions, documenting and improving business critical applications, and designing and implementing systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Naidel Lorenzo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Florida International University - College of Business, which was obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they also completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2005 and 2007. Naidel's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Florida International University, which they acquired from 1999 to 2003. Furthermore, they obtained the certification of VMware Certified Virtualization Expert 5.0 from VMware in June 2012.
