Catherine Simard

Catherine Simard possesses extensive experience in human resources management and personnel administration. Currently serving as a Conseilère cadre mission universitaire and Gestionnaire du Bureau de l'innovation at CISSS de Lanaudière since April 2022, Catherine has previously held the position of Agente de gestion du personnel at CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal from January 2016 to November 2022, focusing on training and internships. Earlier, at Résidence Angelica Inc from April 2014 to January 2016, Catherine was involved in various HR activities, including recruitment, workforce planning, and the administration of collective insurance plans. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, earned between 2009 and 2013.
