Julie Rouleau

Julie Rouleau is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Conseillère en communication at CISSS de Lanaudière since September 2023, Julie previously held similar roles at Collège Lionel-Groulx from March 2020 to September 2023, and was involved in communications and information technology earlier in their career. Notably, Julie served as a Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in philanthropic development at Leucan from January 2015 to March 2020. Additional experience includes a position as Communications and Business Development Coordinator at Chambre de commerce et d'industrie Les Moulins, as well as customer service and sales roles at Oberson and Cogeco Diffusion. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from UQAM, a Public Relations Certificate from Université de Montréal, and a DEC in Communications and Cinema from Collège Lionel-Groulx.
