Jennifer Probst

Jennifer Probst is a Full-Stack Software Developer at CISTEC AG, having transitioned from an internship at Roche where refinement of a framework for NMF application on single-cell RNA-seq data for biomarker discovery was completed. Jennifer conducted a Master’s thesis on single-cell transcriptomics, focusing on T-cell functional states using advanced matrix decomposition frameworks. Previous experience includes a Data Science internship at Roche in Formulation & Process Sciences, a Teaching Assistant role at the University of Zurich, and various research positions in marine conservation. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics from ETH Zürich and a Matura in Biology & Chemistry from Kantonsschule Zug.
