Marco Aschwanden

Marco Aschwanden is a seasoned software engineer currently employed at CISTEC AG since January 2021. Prior to this role, Marco accumulated extensive experience at Fisch Asset Management from 1999 to January 2021, where responsibilities included leading the reporting department, migrating software stacks to the cloud, managing budget planning and control, and developing various software applications using Python and Django. Marco also has a background in system administration and web development, having worked with full network solutions and creating multiple versions of the company website. Earlier career experiences include a position as a software consultant at Progress Software and teaching at a secondary school in St. Gallen. Marco holds a degree from the University of Zurich in secondary education with a focus on German, history, French, and pedagogy, as well as a Matura from Gymnasium Immensee.
