Bennett Pauls

Bennett Pauls is a dedicated finance professional currently serving as a Credit Analyst in the TMT group at CIT, a division of First Citizens Bank, since July 2024. Prior to this role, Bennett competed as a NCAA Division I student-athlete in men's soccer at Wisconsin Athletics from August 2020 to May 2024, where high-pressure competition was a daily part of the experience. In the summer of 2023, Bennett worked as a Summer Research Analyst at Morgan Dempsey Capital Management LLC, managing a large-cap value fund with approximately $620 million in assets under management. Additionally, an applied equity market research position at the Hawk Center for Investment Analysis in early 2023 involved analyzing Airbnb through various financial tools, culminating in a professional-quality stock pitch. Bennett holds a BBA in Finance, Investment and Banking, along with a B.S. in Economics with a Mathematical Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
