Estelle Janer

Estelle Janer is an experienced legal and commercial professional in the aerospace industry, currently serving as SVP Contracts for the OEM team at Avolon since January 2018, overseeing the drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of airframe and engine contracts, including management of the new aircraft orderbook. Prior to this role, Estelle was VP Commercial - Airframe at Avolon, focused on building partnerships with Airframe OEM suppliers. Estelle also held the position of VP OEM and Contracts at CIT since March 2014, managing contractual relationships with Commercial Aerospace OEMs. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Senior Legal Counsel at Airbus, where Estelle was responsible for various agreements related to the second-hand aircraft market. Estelle holds a DESS - Master 2 in Transport Aérien from Université Air Marseille III - IFURTA, an advanced studies degree in law from Oxford Brookes University, and a DEUG Droit in private law from Université Côte d'Azur.
