Cristiane Araújo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within technology and project management domains. Currently serving as a Manager and Squad Leader at CI&T since June 2021, Cristiane is responsible for leading backend developers, data engineers, and QA teams, promoting a culture of teamwork and innovation, and aligning efforts with strategic goals.
