Fabiana Pazotto Palma

Fabiana Pazotto Palma is an experienced professional specializing in diversity and inclusion (D&I) within corporate environments, currently serving as an ESG Partner at CI&T since September 2016. With a strong background in developing D&I strategies, training leaders, and mentoring underrepresented groups, Fabiana has led initiatives such as career acceleration programs for Black individuals and women, as well as establishing committees that promote inclusive work environments. Fabiana has held various roles at CI&T including Diversity and Inclusion Leader and Leader of Talent Inclusion Strategies, where responsibilities spanned from talent acquisition and unconscious bias training to overseeing performance indicators and development of diverse talent. Prior to CI&T, Fabiana gained experience in human resources roles at Allergisa Pesq. Dermato-Cosmético, Vitória Hoteis, and Kelly Services, with a foundational education in Psychology from Faculdade Anhanguera de Campinas.
