Felipe Demétrio de Souza

Felipe Demétrio de Souza is currently the Global VP of Alliances at CI&T, a position held since May 2013, where leadership of the global alliances practice and the development of a robust global team to drive partner strategies has been a primary focus. In addition to this role, Felipe serves as the VP of Digital and is part of the leadership group for a business unit since January 2019, managing the Google partnership and business in the Northeastern region of the United States. Felipe has extensive experience in agile project management, having previously managed multiple teams as a Senior Project Manager and worked as a Mobile Software Architect and Scrum Master. Earlier roles at Spring Wireless and Microways included system analysis, product support coordination, and technical management. Felipe holds a degree in Computer Science from FEI, completed between 2005 and 2009.
