Fernando Ostanelli

Fernando Ostanelli is the VP of Digital Solutions at CI&T. Fernando has over 10 years of experience in leading digital transformation engagements to support large organizations in Brazil and LATAM such as Itaú, Bradesco, Vivo, Tudo Azul, Coca-Cola, and Cielo in their journeys to become more Agile, Digital, and Customer & Consumer-centric. Prior to their current role, Fernando served as the Head of Change Operations, leading a squad of very senior Lean & Agile experts with the mission to enable strategic end-to-end transformation initiatives, internally and with clients, leveraging mindset and practices and fueling continuous improvement through the adoption of Lean and Agile methodologies to become the "best at getting better". Fernando has also served as the Head of Delivery for North America and as an Application Development Services Manager. Fernando began their career at CI&T as a Development Center Manager.

Fernando Ostanelli has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Business Management (Gestão Empresarial). Fernando also has a post-graduation / specialization in Software Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Fernando's bachelor's degree is in Systems Analysis (Análise de Sistemas) from Universidade São Francisco. Fernando Ostanelli is also certified from Duolingo in Duolingo English Fluency: Proficient and from Project Management Institute in PMP - Project Management Professional.
