Jocelyn Bull is the Head of Employee Experience for EMEA at CI&T, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jocelyn spent over a decade at Somo Global, progressing through various senior leadership positions including SVP of Experience, Engagement & Culture, and SVP of Digital Culture & Engagement, where responsibilities encompassed initiative development and client management for prestigious clients like Goldman Sachs and LVMH. Additional experience includes roles at Steak as Marketing Director, The Search Works as Head of Marketing, Fresh as Account Consultant, and The Yellow Submarine as Business Development Manager. Academically, Jocelyn holds an MA in Geography from the University of Oxford, as well as diplomas in Interactive and Digital Marketing and ISP from relevant institutions.
