Luiz Reolon

Luiz Reolon is an experienced executive in the technology sector, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Product and Experience Management at CI&T since May 2008. With a diverse skill set, Luiz has held various roles including Senior Digital Strategist, Digital Strategist, Delivery Manager, and Scrum Master at CI&T, in addition to previous positions as a System Analyst at Sonda Procwork and ADP, and as a Computer Technician at ProInfo A/S. Luiz's educational background includes a Digital Product Leadership degree from Tera, an MBA in Project Management from FGV, and multiple specialized workshops in Bitcoin, Blockchain, and Exponential Organizations. Furthermore, Luiz is set to serve as a Board Member at StartSe University from August to December 2024.
