Maura Carreno

Maura Carreno is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience in the field. As Chief Technology Officer at CI&T since May 2002, Maura has spearheaded team leadership initiatives, implemented Lean and Agile methodologies, and defined client-consented architecture across data, backend, and frontend domains. Prior roles include Master Developer specializing in data performance tuning and backend systems development using Java, Weblogic, and Oracle, as well as Senior Developer focusing on high-volume data solutions and J2EE-based software integration. Maura's career began at Tess from January 2001 to May 2002 as a Developer utilizing MS SQL Server, ASP, and VB. Maura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from UFSCar, earned between 1999 and 2002.
