Michele Santos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and management. Since April 2021, Michele has been serving as a Squad Leader and Software Quality Assurance Analyst at CI&T, focusing on manual testing for mobile and web platforms in an agile environment. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Software Quality Assurance at inGaia, where responsibilities involved manual testing and defect analysis for web software projects. Michele's career also encompasses a substantial tenure at Wareline, beginning as a Web Designer and transitioning to QA Test Analyst, where the focus was on ERP testing to ensure software quality and performance. Earlier experience includes supporting IT operations as a Manager at HOSPITAL EVANGELICO REGIONAL.
