Natasha Bauer has a diverse background in quality assurance and customer service, with experience spanning over a decade. Beginning a career in telemarketing at Atento in 2012, Natasha transitioned to education as a Monitoria at Singular Anglo Vestibulares, providing support in Biology, Physics, and Mathematics. Natasha then moved to Prontmed as a Product Intern, assisting with testing and documentation of new software features. In 2016, Natasha joined CI&T, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where responsibilities include automated and manual testing, task management using Jira, and technical documentation in Confluence.
