Rajesh Kadarkarai is a seasoned Lead Quality Assurance Analyst with extensive experience in various sectors, currently leading QA efforts at Freedom Mortgage since March 2021. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Allstate, Syntel, Melstar Information Technologies Ltd., and Samjass Technologies, showcasing expertise in functional and system integration testing, project coordination, and defect management.
