Paulo Bezerra is a seasoned strategist and business development executive with extensive experience in digital transformation and management consulting. Currently, Paulo serves as a Strategist and Business Development Executive at CI&T, focusing on leveraging a global network to enhance the performance of top brands since June 2014. As Chief Executive and Advisory Board Member at BESG since August 2007, Paulo provides advisory support for Cleantech initiatives while collaborating internationally on business development strategies across multiple regions. Previous roles include leadership positions at BRASSCOM and significant contributions to Ernst & Young and Capgemini from 1992 to 2007, where Paulo was recognized as a top performer and managed numerous high-impact consulting projects across diverse sectors.
