Rafael Freitas

Rafael Freitas is a Mid Pleno Web Developer at CI&T, where responsibilities include leading innovative solutions, optimizing processes, and mentoring junior team members. With a background in web development, Rafael progressed from a Trainee to Junior Developer, gaining significant experience while providing consultancy for a major global e-commerce platform. Prior to CI&T, experiences include roles in information security at Portnet Tecnologia, technical support at Versa Software, and administrative assistance at Estripulia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Information Systems from PUC Minas and an ongoing Master of Business Administration in Project Management at Escola Politécnica da USP. Rafael also holds a technical degree in Furniture Design from Senai CEDETEM.
