Roberta Hespanholo

Roberta Hespanholo has extensive experience in project management and software development, currently serving as a Gerente de Projetos and Squad Leader at CI&T since August 2006. Roberta's expertise includes agile methodologies as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and supporting product owners in backlog management. Additionally, Roberta has led support teams at various levels, defined service level objectives, and managed system support within software environments. Previous roles include Systems Analyst positions at Sualtech Smart Systems & Cards and Nutron Alimentos Ltda., focusing on the development and implementation of systems, technical support, and network management. Roberta holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Analysis from Universidade Paulista, obtained between 1996 and 1999.
