Théo Patrizi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the technology and digital transformation sectors. Currently, Théo serves as the co-founder of 4T Turismo and holds the position of Senior Manager and Head of Operations at CI&T. Théo's career includes roles such as Agile Project Manager and Squad Leader at Dextra, where responsibility encompassed driving digital transformation and ensuring partner satisfaction. Previous experience also includes the role of Agile Master at Invillia, where project coordination and client management were key responsibilities, as well as a position as Project Manager at Raízen, focusing on technology solutions and project lifecycle management. Théo began the professional journey with positions at Complex IT Services Consultoria, Austral Holding, and Infineum, accumulating a robust foundation in IT and management. Academic qualifications include an MBA from USP/Esalq and a degree in Information Technology Administration from Unilasalle-RJ.
