Kendra Ferrero

Kendra Ferrero has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, spanning over three decades. Kendra currently serves as the Vice President of Operations and Clinical Management at Citadel Care Centers since July 2019. Prior to this, Kendra worked at Consulate Health Care where they held the positions of Clinical Quality Specialist from July 2017 to July 2019 and RVPO from April 2013 to July 2017. Kendra also had a role as RVP at Brigid Health Services from March 2010 to April 2013. Before that, Kendra worked as RDO at Encore Healthcare LLC from October 2007 to February 2010, at RehabCare from March 2006 to October 2007, and at SunBridge Health Care from May 2001 to December 2003. Kendra also served as Vice President at Hospitality Health Care from January 2004 to April 2006 and worked as Director of Clinical Services at RehabCare from January 1996 to April 2001. Kendra's career began in 1992 at Mariner Healthcare as an RDCS. Kendra has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise throughout their various roles in the healthcare industry.

Kendra Ferrero holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Warner University, earned between 2007 and 2009. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Health Care Administration/Management from Northcentral University, completing it between 2009 and 2015.
