Swadhi Patel OTR/L is a skilled clinician with a robust background in occupational therapy, currently serving at Cranial Technologies, Inc. since July 2022 and concurrently as an occupational therapist at Citadel Care Centers since August 2021. Previously, Swadhi Patel worked with Select Rehabilitation and Ageility Physical Therapy Solutions as an occupational therapist, after holding the position of Director of Rehab at HealthPRO/Heritage from January 2017 to February 2020. Swadhi Patel gained initial experience as an occupational therapy graduate student during Level II fieldwork rotations at Life Care Centers of America and PediaPlex.
