Ardan Aldershof

Ardan Aldershof is an experienced educational leader with a focus on personalized learning and innovative teaching environments. Currently serving as Rector at Citadel College since October 2024, Ardan previously held the position of Rector at Karel de Grote College from May 2019 to October 2024, overseeing 800 students and 120 staff. Prior experience includes roles as Programmamanager Innovatie at Fontys Paramedische Hogeschool, where responsibilities involved managing a €1.8 million budget to enhance experiential learning, and participation in the management team responsible for guiding five educational programs. Ardan also served as Teamleider Academie Lichamelijke Opvoeding at HAN Sport en Bewegen, and owner of Tennisschool Pro-Fit, while beginning as a Leraar Lichamelijke Opvoeding at Willemsparkschool. Ardan's academic credentials include a Post Master in Leren, Ontwikkelen & Veranderen from Radboud University, alongside undergraduate education from Utrecht University and Hanze.
