Paola Gomez-Birenbaum, PG, currently serves as Associate Principal Geologist at Citadel EHS and has extensive experience in environmental management and geology. As a member of the Board of Directors at the Professional Environmental Management Association (PEMA), Paola has held multiple leadership roles, including President, Vice President, and Director of Membership. Previous positions include Senior Geologist at RMD Environmental Solutions, Inc., Senior Project Manager at EFI Global, and Senior Geologist at Apex Companies, LLC, among others. Paola's expertise encompasses compliance monitoring, remedial investigations, and environmental site assessments, supplemented by academic qualifications, including a B.A. in Environmental Sciences and Policy from Duke University and an M.S. in Earth Sciences from the University of Southern California.
