Andrew Towle

Andrew Towle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer insights and analytics. Currently serving as VP of Customer Insights & Analytics at Citadel Federal Credit Union since April 2019, Andrew previously held significant roles at North Highland as Director of Data & Analytics and Principal from November 2006 to April 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at Quest Diagnostics and Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen. Andrew holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Delaware.
