Dean Sanders

Dean Sanders is an accomplished IT security professional with extensive experience in information security across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of IT Security at Citadel Credit Union since December 2021, Dean oversees the implementation of security initiatives and leads a skilled team. Prior roles include Senior Vice President and Information Security Officer at Riverview Bank, where Dean established a comprehensive information security program, and Risk Management at Capital BlueCross, focusing on risk assessment and vendor management. Dean also held the position of Information Security Officer at Metro Bank, where a robust security program was developed, and previously served as Director of Information Security at Keystone Human Services, establishing a security framework for the organization. Dean began the career as a Network Administrator at Continental Medical Systems, Inc., providing vital support to a widespread user base. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Penn State University.
