Jillian Prowant has a diverse background in sales management and team development, currently serving as the Outbound Sales Manager at Citadel Credit Union since March 2017, where responsibilities include executing sales coaching, managing major strategic initiatives, and driving employee experience. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Specialist at Merion Matters, where Jillian was responsible for selling digital and print media to healthcare facilities and generating new business opportunities.
